We aim to bake and deliver fresh dog cakes in approximately 7-10 business days. These cakes are made to order, so please be patient while we make your custom cake. If you have a birthday, please order ahead of time and freeze the cake as we do not accept returns if the cake doesn't arrive in time.

Our fresh dog cakes are fairly soft, like a human spongy cake you might eat. We do toast them to make it through the shipping process, but you can use a little broth to soften for older dogs if needed.

Our fresh dog cakes are customizable with dog name or age, design permitting (use cake image as a guide). Please leave a note in your order with your dog's information.

We aim to bake and deliver all cookies and cookie cakes in approximately 7 business days. Fresh cakes have general a 7-10 business day window because we must make your custom cake, and we can only ship on certain days (fresh cakes cannot be left in the post office over the weekend, or they will spoil). All our products are fresh, made to order so please be patient with us! This is not like ordering on Amazon!

We will email you an order tracking number when your order ships. You can also track your order in the SHOP app.

Please contact our support team if you would like to make changes to your order. Once an order goes into our bakery queue, we cannot modify or cancel it so please act quickly.

Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders that total $50 or more at checkout.

You can upgrade to express shipping if you need the product faster, but please remember we still need time to bake and pack the item. We cannot accept requests to expedite baking, we fulfill orders in the order that they were received.

Please email info@bakerydog.com with a screenshot of your shipping label and an image of the broken product and we will submit a replacement to you.

All of our cookies and cakes are made just for you when you order them. We do not accept returns on any of bakery items for sanitary purposes. We do not allow refunds on our cookie or cake orders.

We ship your first order right away! We need to make your order fresh, so please allow up to 7 business days for arrival.

You will be charged for your cookie club membership on the same day that you signed up. We ship all cookie boxes during the first few days of the month, regardless of when you were charged. Please be patient while we bake and pack all of our orders by hand!

Yes! Cookie club members get free shipping on all orders within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other locales may have extra charges at checkout.

Absolutely, skip anytime before your box charge goes through by logging in to your account.

Simply log into your account and select the cancel button before your cookie club membership renews. Once the charge goes through, we begin baking your order and cannot cancel that order.
