Shipping & Returns

We aim to bake and deliver all cookies and cookie cakes in approximately 7 business days. Fresh cakes have general a 7-10 business day window because we must make your custom cake, and we can only ship on certain days (fresh cakes cannot be left in the post office over the weekend, or they will spoil). All our products are fresh, made to order so please be patient with us! We make all our orders fresh - please have patience. This is not like ordering on Amazon!

Standard shipping is always free on orders over $60*! Paid 2-day express shipping is also available at checkout, depending on your location. Please note that orders being delivered to Hawaii or Alaska may require more than 3-5 business days for delivery. We do accept international orders as long as you are willing to pay the shipping fees at checkout.
